To be a professional in the care sectors today, accredited courses are required, for example, the diploma modules for staff in the care industry which are replacing the NVQ awards. We also run the Revised Common Induction Standards for new staff. Perhaps you or someone in your organisation needs to become an Assessor of the existing and new awards.
We appreciate that in the current economic climate, everyone has to find ways to cut costs and add value. You may think it desirable to train your own staff to deliver in-house courses. We are able to develop your member of staff to be able to deliver training with 'bolt' on options in specialist areas as required. For example, moving and handling or safeguarding etc. This can be an ongoing option, adding over time to their skills and expertise. Contact us and let us help you explore your options.
We can also advise you or your organisation on Staff competencies, Outplacement requirements, CV writing and interview skills and other HR issues.
Mental Health First Aid is acknowledged as a vital course in any sector of life and TCR delivers accredited courses.
